The smartest cities in Spain are Bilbao and Zaragoza. This is the result of the third edition of the Smart Cities Ranking, which places the Basque city in 10th place out of a total of 118 cities worldwide, and the Aragonese capital in 15th place. If we compare it with the results of the previous year, Bilbao climbs 14 positions.
