This congress is the only one that collects the packaging, logistic and transport sector in the north of Spain.
The Bilbao Exhibition Center (BEC) has hosted the Empack, Logistic and Automation during the 26th and 27th of February, where new trends related to the sector have been presented. In its third edition the event hosted enterprises, experts and suppliers.
The meeting has been highlighted by the digitisation, sustainability and supply chain optimisation, which are some of the key points reflecting the trends and the cultural needs of the sector. In addition, The mobility and Logistic Cluster, has organised the tenth edition of the Logistic Journey. They were on the event representing the sector and its own organisations skills.
The Empack, Logistics and Automation congress has offered a large expositive area where attendees have been able to learn about the innovative solutions in packaging, intralogistics, automation, warehousing, robotics, transport and last mile: among the brands represented were A-Safe, Aliernet, Bandall Ibérica, Blickle, Cadepa Global Packaging, ControlPack Systems, Lyl Ingenieria, Rajapack, Signos, Sicnova, System Logistics Spain, Valsay, Trebol Group, among others.
The meeting, organised by Easyfairs, was supported by the Basque Government and the Basque Agency for Development, SPRI. The main institutions of the territory and specialised media of the sector have also collaborated, such as EITB, Basque Food Cluster, Port of Bilbao, Uniport, Basque Logistics and Mobility Cluster (MLC), Basque Institute of Logistics and Sustainable Mobility (IBLM) and the Basque Institute of Logistics and Sustainable Mobility (IBLM).
